Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in renovation, alteration, and maintenance of County buildings, facilities and properties.
• Performs painting assignments; prepares surfaces and applies stains, varnishes, enamels.
• Operates and maintains a variety of light and heavy equipment; acts as lead or supervisor as needed.
• Inspects projects and provides feedback on preventive maintenance needs.
