Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Seattle is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician III to keep our buildings safe, efficient, and compliant for program delivery and community impact. You will oversee repair, remodel, and capital improvement projects while directing a small work crew on the jobsite.

Minimum five years of experience in construction remodel or facility maintenance and at least two years leading 1–2 direct reports are required; a valid driver license and PHS Approved Driver status are

• Five+ years in construction remodel, facility maintenance, residential or commercial tenant improvement.
• Two+ years leading a team of 1–2 direct reports.
