Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Facilities Technician II to maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds, ensuring safe, clean, and well-functioning environments. The role involves problem analysis, independent action, and collaboration with the Facilities team and internal customers.

You will help lead projects as the SME, coordinate contractors, and ensure maintenance schedules are followed, with potential backfill duties and a 24/7 on-call requirement across multiple sites in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Facilities related experience required.
• 4-6 years preferred.
• Project Manager for a large-scale facilities or equipment project required.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on repair and maintenance in buildings, grounds, equipment and environmental safety.
• Develops and maintains maintenance logs, schedules and related admin tools.
• Actively participates in improving building and equipment efficiencies and coordinating outside contractors/vendors.
• Transition into a project manager role as SME for small and large-scale projects.
• On-call support 24/7 to address urgent facilities problems.
