Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel; Siebel experience is a plus.
• Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to service requests via email or phone; manage preventive maintenance and document interactions.
• Build rapport with service contractors and customers in your geography to meet SLAs.
• Provide proactive status updates on services, estimates, and costs.
