The Senior Customer Service representative is the liaison between the customer and Vixxo, demonstrating in every interaction that they have a thorough understanding of the client’s facility and asset management needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing excellent customer service.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel; Siebel experience a plus.
• Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to service requests via email or phone and proactively manages the preventive maintenance process, documenting interactions and following up to ensure work is completed.
• Builds rapport with service contractors and customers within the assigned geography to understand goals and meet SLAs.
• Provides effective and proactive communication to the customer regarding the status of services, time estimates and cost.
