VIXXO is seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to be based in Dallas, TX or Oakbrook Terrace, IL. The role acts as the liaison between the customer and VIXXO, applying a thorough understanding of the client’s facility and asset management needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience providing excellent customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel); Siebel experience a plus.
• Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to service requests via email or phone and proactively manages the preventive maintenance process from documenting all interactions with customers and service contractors through proactively following up to ensure work is completed.
• Build rapport with service contractors and customers within your assigned geography in order to fully understand and achieve customer goals and meet service level agreement requirements.
• Provide effective and proactive communication to the customer regarding the status of services, time estimations and cost.
