Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience with two years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• NYS PE License preferred.
• Experience reviewing design drawings for code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple multi-million-dollar capital construction projects for NYCT Subway facilities.
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, design, construction, and reporting.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with New York State Building Code and NYCT standards.
• Respond to facility emergencies and critical incidents on a 24/7 basis when needed.
