Job summary

Charter Schools USA Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to maintain and repair school facilities while supporting the Director of Projects & Facilities.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, track time and materials, and help develop preventative maintenance programs across CSUSA campuses.

The role requires 7+ years of facilities experience, reading blueprints, OSHA familiarity, and strong organizational skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate with continuing education in construction or facilities.
• At least 7 years of facilities maintenance or construction experience.
• Able to read building plans and blueprints.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong writing.
• Familiarity with OSHA, and building/fire codes.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and lead crews.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and repairs across multiple campuses.
• Manage contractors and obtain bids.
• Oversee supervision of maintenance staff.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for facilities operations.
• Attend board meetings.
• Develop preventative maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with Building Codes and OSHA.
• Travel as required for project sites.
