Job summary

The Building People, LLC invites experienced facilities professionals to join our team as Facilities Supervisor in Nogales, AZ. You will lead building engineers and technicians, oversee daily operations, safety compliance, and on-time updates to clients, while guiding the development of engineering staff and ensuring quality service.

Responsibilities include budgeting assistance, vendor contract review, energy efficiency oversight, and coordinating training.

Qualifications

Five years (within the past seven) of managing and supervising building mechanical operations and maintenance.
Arizona Refrigeration and / or Air Conditioning Operators License and a Universal Refrigerant Certification.

Responsibilities

Daily checks with Building Engineers and Technicians.
Prepare weekly reports and review timesheets.
Screen, hire and coordinate training for engineering staff.
Provide technical support, delegation, and project management to the engineering team.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed and OSHA compliance.
Oversee commissioning of new equipment and vendor contract management.
Assist with budgets and energy efficiency initiatives.
