Qualifications

• Trade school certification or military engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the engineering team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
