Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) for Inspire Sonoran Row in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians and Facilities Technicians, oversee hands-on maintenance, and ensure top-notch resident service across the community.

The role demands strong project and vendor management, 2+ years in a similar role, and certifications in EPA/HVAC/CPO/OSHA. A blend of leadership, technical know-how, and customer-focused communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Maintenance Manager/Supervisor in luxury multi-family properties.
• Strong project and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and third-party vendors.
• Elevated customer service and communication abilities.
• Advanced knowledge: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape, Appliances, OSHA standards.
• Certifications: EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or equivalent are required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Three+ years as Maintenance Technician or related roles.
• Basic written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to sustain and improve community value.
• Inspect and diagnose issues; perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related areas.
• Manage Make-Ready and Turn Board; support leasing efforts.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety; address hazards and on-call coverage.
• Maintain accurate preventative maintenance records and logs.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor safety protocols and training.
