Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and CMM certification.
• Five years of maintenance experience with at least two in supervisory capacity.
• Arizona driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and assign work to staff as well as train and discipline individual employees.
• Manage the overall maintenance work schedule and preventative maintenance schedule for assigned housing developments.
• Oversee and approve employees' work product and coordination of activities and resources.
• Supervise, train, schedule, assign, and inspect the work activities of direct reports.
• Manage and approve purchase and inventory of supplies, tools and equipment.
• Develop various training programs for employees within the department.
• Manage department operations, planning and scheduling.
• Maintain project documents, warranties and manuals.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards.
• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Respond to emergency events, coordinate outside contractors, and develop CIP projects.
• Provide updates to departments and senior managers as needed.
• Promote and adhere to workplace values of accountability, commitment, and teamwork.
