Qualifications

• Basic MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance for 1st Source offices and facilities.
• Obtain bids for planned and unplanned repairs and lead project coordination.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Lead annual safety training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide 24-hour on-call maintenance support for emergencies.
