Qualifications

• Must be a qualified industrial electrician with strong electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical troubleshooting is essential.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proven project management and contractor coordination skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for mentoring maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment reliability and improvement initiatives to reduce failures.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Direct fabrication projects and oversee welding, layout, and repairs.
• Manage selected maintenance and plant-improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Develop preventive maintenance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop maintenance personnel; enforce safe practices and training.
• Coordinate contractor selection, scopes of work, cost estimates, and project delivery.
• Drive equipment standards, spare parts strategies, and documentation improvements.
