Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our Cedar Lake and Crown Point facilities. You will perform general and mid-level maintenance, respond to work orders, and ensure spaces meet corporate standards for appearance and safety.

The role requires use of power and hand tools, basic painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and carpentry tasks, plus ability to move materials, set up meeting rooms, and assist with bid requests and ordering supplies while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus three years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of building and equipment maintenance techniques.
• Ability to follow safety standards and respond to work orders.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general and mid-level maintenance duties to meet corporate standards.
• Responds to work orders using the online system, communicates findings and closes the work order.
• Performs painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry tasks, replaces locks and glass, bulbs and ballast, and maintains equipment.
• Assists in removing bank records and maintaining exterior areas, and manages vehicle readiness and meeting room setups.
• Obtains bids on supplies and places orders, estimating material and labor costs.
• Inspects facilities for inventory or maintenance needs.
