PsiQuantum is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to organize, coordinate, and deliver facility construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across one or more sites. You will work with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and compliance with safety and building regulations.

You will develop scopes of work, estimates, and timelines, manage contractors and vendors, and lead project meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience managing facilities, construction, or capital improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliver projects on time within funding.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations; vendor coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for facility construction, renovation, relocation, and major maintenance projects.
• Develop scopes of work, estimates, timelines, and bid documents.
• Solicit, select, and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors; negotiate agreements.
• Chair pre-bid and pre-construction meetings; maintain stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and quality; identify risks and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Oversee site planning, permitting, inspections with regulatory authorities.
• Prepare change orders, payment applications, and related documentation.
• Maintain project records and provide status updates to leadership.
• Support long-term facilities planning and space planning initiatives.
