PsiQuantum is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to organize and deliver facility construction, renovation, and maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and building-code compliance. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to align with organizational needs.

Responsibilities include scope development, bid documents, contractor management, risk mitigation, and formal reporting to leadership, with an emphasis on long-term facilities

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Several years of experience managing facilities, construction, or capital improvement projects.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules and deliver on time within funding.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Vendor management experience and strong stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for facility construction, renovation, relocation, and major maintenance.
• Develop scopes, estimates, timelines, and formal specifications as needed.
• Select and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors; negotiate agreements.
• Chair pre-bid and ongoing project meetings; maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Monitor progress against milestones and budgets; mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and environmental regulations; support risk assessments.
• Oversee site planning, permitting, and inspections with authorities.
• Prepare, review, and approve change orders and payments; maintain records.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and support long-term planning.
