Job summary

New Season is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support construction, relocation, and renovation of healthcare facilities. You will oversee projects from planning to completion, partnering with contractors, suppliers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure efficiency, on schedule, and aligned with long-term facility needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; construction-related curriculum preferred.
• Five years of construction-related experience or at least three years of project management.
• Healthcare or retail construction experience preferred.
• Tenant and interior build-out experience preferred.
• Hands-on with general contractors on job sites.
• Strong ability to read blueprints across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of ADA guidelines, building codes, and AIA contracts.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Google tools, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support management of commercial construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee multiple small-box interior build-out projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project scheduling and coordination throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform site surveys and document conditions, dimensions, and utilities.
• Coordinate zoning, permitting, and timelines with all stakeholders.
• Direct contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, economical delivery.
• Oversee HVAC design, budgeting, procurement, and installation in facilities.
• Review leases and coordinate construction with landlord reps for compliance.
• Identify adjustments to support long-term facility needs.
• Manage multiple projects with strong communication with partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
