The candidate will partner with leadership to drive marketing efforts, win strategies, and client relations while upholding JMT’s ESOP-driven growth and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-dollar, complex projects to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans and schedules; manage subconsultants and scope.
• Mentor and coach project teams; provide leadership and performance management.
• Support marketing and business development efforts, win strategies, and proposals.
• Coordinate with Section Heads and Office Leaders to identify leads and opportunities based on strategic goals.
