Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-dollar, complex contracts and facilities projects for public agencies and private clients across the United States.

You will drive delivery by controlling scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring a multidisciplinary team and aligning work with JMT’s strategic goals. The role requires an ABET-accredited civil engineering degree and 15+ years of experience, with CCM or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience for senior level roles.
• Business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-dollar, complex contracts and facilities projects to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and align projects with organizational goals.
• Develop project plans, PM Plans, and risk management strategies; manage subconsultants and stakeholders.
