Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, a leading multi‑discipline engineering firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

You will lead planning, risk management, and client communications, coordinate with subconsultants and internal teams, and drive quality through project delivery.

Candidates should have ABET‑accredited engineering degree, a PE license, 10+ years of PM experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Texas PE license required.
• 10+ years of engineering project management experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Coordinate disciplines and subconsultants to define project scope and fee.
• Develop PM plans and quality management plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and process change requests.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and lead progress reviews.
• Support marketing and proposal activities through project insights.
• Guide technical resources to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor project team through regular check‑ins and debriefs.
