Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-dollar, complex contracts to ensure quality, schedule and budget.
• Develop project plans and quality management plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules; manage subconsultants.
