Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience in civil engineering/project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Business development experience and ability to identify and pursue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-dollar, complex projects from initiation through delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor and guide project teams; coordinate with multidisciplinary subconsultants.
• Develop project management plans, schedules, and quality management plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and prepare progress reports and invoices.
• Support marketing efforts, proposals, and win strategies with leadership.
