You will manage multiple projects, budgets, and vendor relationships, coordinate moves and renovations, ensure ADA and codes compliance, and collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, IT, HR and Security. Competitive benefits and weekly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities-related field preferred.
• Experience in workplace planning and space management.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency required.
• Knowledge of ADA, building codes, and workplace standards.

Responsibilities

• Design interior layouts and planning for corporate HQ in Costa Mesa.
• Develop floor plans and seating using AutoCAD.
• Plan workspace utilization to support growth.
• Coordinate office moves and redesign initiatives.
• Manage furniture planning, purchasing, installation, and vendors.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with ADA and building codes.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, IT, HR, Security and vendors.
• Serve as subject matter expert for workplace planning.
