Brookfield Residential is seeking a Project Manager to lead housing development for assigned assets in Costa Mesa. You will assist with due diligence for land acquisitions, coordinate design and engineering, manage permits, and drive project schedules from planning through HOA turnover.

Responsibilities include overseeing multi-discipline teams, negotiating contracts, maintaining budgets, and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in planning, construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of industry related experience in residential project management, design, development and/or commercial PM would be required.
• Proficiency in project management is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to improve processes and stay current with industry changes.
• Ability to read site and building plans and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management and design software.
• Hands-on manager with good decision making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage housing development for assigned assets.
• Assist with due diligence of potential land acquisitions and coordination of design/engineering.
• Coordinate site planning, zoning, and entitlement processes.
• Oversee design and engineering coordination and lead multi-discipline consultant teams.
• Manage permits, Conditions of Approval, and landscape/architectural plans.
• Coordinate turnover of completed projects to HOAs and manage invoicing/budget adherence.
