Job summary

AMS Workplace Technology is seeking a Facility Space Planner to support planning and management of workplace space, occupancy, and employee moves across corporate facilities in Plano, TX. You will maintain floor plans, seating, and occupancy data in AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM systems, develop space plans and move scenarios, and coordinate MAC activities with stakeholders.

• Must have experience in corporate occupancy space planning.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD.
• IWMS/CAFM systems experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor plans, seating assignments, and occupancy data in AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM.
• Develop space plans and move scenarios.
• Coordinate employee moves, adds, and changes (MAC).
• Support space utilization and occupancy analysis.
• Coordinate furniture, technology, and vendor requirements.
