Job summary

BKM Capital Partners is seeking a National Facilities Manager to lead planning, development, and management of our expanding office network in Newport Beach and beyond. You will own office siting, buildouts, relocations, and ongoing facility improvements, coordinating IT, HR, accounting, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-growing environment, manages complex projects, and upholds company-wide office standards and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in corporate facilities management, multi-site office management, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple office construction, relocation, or improvement projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BKM's national network of corporate and field offices, including permanent locations, temporary offices, and planned expansions.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and milestone schedules for each office project.
• Coordinate IT, HR, accounting and construction inputs to meet occupancy dates and standards.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, furniture, and space planning across offices.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, and purchases; control budgets and expenditures.
• Drive process improvements, checklists, and reporting for office openings and expansions.
