Job summary

Z SUPPLY, based in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Project Manager, Retail & Facilities, to lead retail buildouts, Shop in Shop installations, and facility projects from planning through completion.

The role requires strong project management, budget and schedule control, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver on-brand environments. Hybrid work and on-site presence as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in retail/buildouts or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of millwork, fixtures, and installation techniques.
• Experience reading architectural plans, shop drawings, elevations, and specs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Shop in Shop projects from concept to installation and completion.
• Oversee existing Shop in Shop locations and future retail installations.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, and assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into retail environments.
• Manage fixture design, production, shipping, and installation.
• Supervise vendors and contractors, monitor budgets and timelines.
• Perform final walkthroughs and punch-list closure.
• Provide primary facilities coordination at corporate HQ and project sites.
