Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a highly analytical manager in Seattle to lead program management for Facilities Performance. You will drive financial oversight and cross-functional accountability for Repair & Maintenance and Capital Spend, delivering actionable insights to optimize costs while maintaining operational excellence across North American facilities.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and regional facilities

Qualifications

8+ years in project management methodologies and tools.
8+ years managing complex large-scale business or IT projects.
8+ years building and mentoring teams.
Minimum of 5 years in financial forecasting, and P&L management.
Experience mentoring other project managers in program management.
Experience in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance to support the monthly close process for Facilities Services expenditures.
Develop and maintain accounting and reporting for Repair & Maintenance (R&M) and Capital Spend.
Investigate variances and spending trends to identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
Deliver regular performance reviews to Facilities Services leadership and cross-functional partners.
Own owner consignment inventory, parts reconciliation processes, and SOC controls.
Collaborate with Program Management, Supplier Management, Regional Facilities Teams, Finance and other stakeholders to investigate spend drivers.
Establish governance to align strategic objectives with operational execution.
