Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Seattle to sustain and evolve key systems across Coffeehouse Development. You will partner with product and technology teams to map processes, define requirements and support store portfolio growth.

In this role you will lead data validation, access controls, and change readiness, while delivering timely system support and clear communication of risks and progress to partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• End-user support and training – 5 years
• Experience with applicable business systems – 5 years
• Functional experience in relevant area – 5 years
• Systems design, testing and implementation – 5 years
• Project management – 2 years
• Script development and application testing – 2 years

Responsibilities

• Lead business sustainment activities – data validation, access admin, audits, system updates
• Deliver complex systems support – act as primary contact for business systems
• Improve support at scale – analyze tickets, identify root causes, document procedures
• Partner with product and technology – prioritize defects, manage escalations, coordinate testing
• Turn partner needs into actionable solutions – map processes and define business requirements
