Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an Engineering Manager for Building Systems in Seattle to lead MEP infrastructure and scalable building systems initiatives. You will drive innovation, set engineering standards, and ensure sustainability and regulatory compliance across store development and renovation projects.

Collaborating with Design, Construction, Facilities, and external partners, you will guide multi-disciplinary programs and ensure high-quality, compliant solutions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional building systems programs.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design and regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage external consultants and maintain standards.
