Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a Business Analysis Manager for its Manufacturing organization. This role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to deliver insights that drive strategic planning and operational excellence across the manufacturing network.

You will translate data into actionable insights, develop financial models, evaluate opportunities, and support long-term network planning to improve performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7 years of manufacturing industry experience.
• 5 years of cross-functional team leadership.
• 5 years of experience influencing decision-makers.
• Process improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Develop business cases and evaluate capital investments and automation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve operational effectiveness and drive value.
• Provide fact-based recommendations by assessing risks and financial impacts.
• Support month-end, forecasting, planning, and performance reviews.
• Mentor and coach the Manufacturing Finance organization on best practices.
