This role requires 10+ years in facilities, 5+ years leading large teams, deep HVAC/mechanical knowledge, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years facility-related work experience including leadership.
• 5+ years supervising multi-site operations and large teams.
• Deep knowledge of maintenance, construction planning, and project management.
• Advanced exposure to HVAC, fluid handling, pumps, electrical systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CMMS, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership for multiple engineering teams.
• Oversee maintenance programs to maximize uptime and safety.
• Develop strategic facilities operations plans aligned with client goals.
• Manage procurement, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• GuideCFWA processes and ensure safety compliance.
• Mentor operations staff and drive continuous improvement.
