Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead daily maintenance and field operations across multiple communities. You will supervise maintenance managers, technicians, and warehouse staff while driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role requires 5+ years in leadership within maintenance, strong knowledge of building systems, and the ability to manage budgets and KPIs. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive related experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Inventory management and purchasing experience required.
• Experience with multi-site or portfolio-based operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to travel within the assigned portfolio.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance and facilities operations across the portfolio.
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately within SLAs.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor operations and safety.
• Support the Director of Facilities in executing plans.
• Coach and manage maintenance managers, supervisors, technicians, and warehouse staff.
• Enforce accountability with clear expectations and feedback.
• Promote resident-first, service-oriented culture among field teams.
• Monitor maintenance programs for consistency and quality.
• Assist in emergency response and after-hours on-call.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking.
• Support budget execution for maintenance operations.
