Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily custodial operations across designated facilities. The role emphasizes maintaining APPA Level 2 standards, supervising crews, and coordinating staffing for events and summer conferences.

You will work with a skilled team, ensure inventory control, and partner with management to deliver clean, safe living environments for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• 8+ years housekeeping experience with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple residential sites/teams preferred.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with APPA cleaning standards preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily custodial activities for designated buildings.
• Supervise Custodial Crew Leaders and Workers.
• Maintain APPA Level 2 cleaning standard through supervision.
• Clean lobby/public areas to ensure neat, sanitary spaces.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Oversee recycling program and sustainability practices.
• Hire and supervise summer cleaning crew and organize schedules.
• Lead turnover cleaning process and ensure training needs are met.
