Job summary

Corvias seeks an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead daily maintenance and facilities operations across our communities. You will supervise field operations, including technicians, supervisors, and warehouse staff, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.

You will translate strategy into field execution, coach leaders, monitor KPIs, and partner with stakeholders to meet budget and performance goals. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field operations for maintenance and facilities.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities across teams.
• Familiarity with work-order systems and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance and facilities operations across portfolios.
• Oversee field teams, including technicians, supervisors and warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety, on-time completion and quality standards.
• Coach and develop maintenance managers and technicians.
• Support budget execution related to maintenance operations and staffing.
• Monitor KPIs and operational reports; communicate updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local and state regulations.
• Coordinate vendor management and inventory control.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
