Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Senior Facilities Operations Manager to lead day-to-day soft services across its U.S. offices.

You will supervise Office Managers, reception/front-of-house teams, janitorial and pantry services, and related operations to ensure spaces are clean, functional, and ready for business. You will partner with Facilities, Real Estate, IT, EHS, Security, Procurement and HR to maintain standards, manage vendors and budgets, and coordinate office moves while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in facilities operations or multi-site environments.
• 5+ years managing office managers and front-of-house teams.
• Experience delivering facilities soft services across multiple locations.
• Experience establishing operating standards, procedures, and inspection programs.
• Strong vendor management, contracts, and budget experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities soft services across U.S. offices (reception, janitorial, pantry, mail/shipping, conference spaces, waste and recycling).
• Lead site-based operations personnel and ensure service delivery meets standards.
• Coordinate with IT, EHS, HR, and other stakeholders to maintain consistent facilities service levels.
• Manage budgets, vendors, POs, invoices, and operating expenses; drive cost control and accountability.
• Support office moves, restacks, openings, expansions, and furniture changes.
