CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Facilities Management Specialist to lead complex facilities operations across multiple sites.

The role focuses on leasing, buildouts, renovations, budget tracking, and coordinating with vendors to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency. Regular travel to Albany and Parsippany offices is expected as part of multi-site responsibilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities or commercial real estate portfolio management required.
Experience supporting capital projects or multi-site facilities operations environments required.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors.
Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Autodesk CAD software for space planning and layouts strongly preferred.
Knowledge of budget planning and tracking strongly preferred.
Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.
General knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and code compliance preferred with the ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate activities, including lease reviews, office buildouts, renovations, and budget tracking.
Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, managing office equipment, furniture, and service relationships.
Maintain and enhance facilities policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
Track and report on key facilities metrics, budgets, and operation performance.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.
Support company-wide efforts such as M&A integration, sustainability programs, and facility-related initiatives.
