Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Romulus, MI is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a facilities team and oversee daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery. You will develop budgets, control costs, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the portfolio.

You will coordinate with vendors, review contracts, and implement improvements while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. A Bachelor’s degree in facilities management is preferred.

• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Excel and possess the ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facilities associates delivering services and maintenance at assigned locations.
• Develop budgets and control costs while ensuring safe, clean, and comfortable work environments.
• Provide regular performance feedback, development and coaching to direct reports.
• Source local services and goods; define scope of work, negotiate contracts, and review certificates of insurance.
• Coordinate supplier performance and drive continuous process improvement.
