Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Little Rock, AR seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations and maintenance of building systems. You will drive service quality, manage vendors, and optimize budgets to deliver a superior client experience.

The role requires a 5+ year background in third-party IFM with strong leadership, finance acumen, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and BAS systems. On-site position with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• 5+ years of third-party IFM experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing cleaning, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, and pest control.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing; roofing and BAS systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Lead site services, performance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate vendor management and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Prepare budgets and regular/ad-hoc reports.
