Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site facilities management, preferably within Ohio and Indiana.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations for 13 sites, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead facility improvement projects and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
