You will coordinate vendor services, manage work orders, ensure safety compliance, and partner with engineering and account teams to deliver consistent service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in large-scale, multi-site facilities management.
• Proven experience coordinating vendors, service providers, internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities services across assigned sites.
• Track and coordinate resolution of open issues and action items across sites.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders; communicate service delivery clearly.
• Provide daily coordination to facilities staff and vendors; coach on escalation.
• Monitor work order activity and use data for performance reporting.
