Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for two sites in Largo, FL and Cleveland, TN, with travel between locations. The role requires strong leadership, remote-team management, and a focus on service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction across both sites.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, vendor management, budget stewardship, and safety compliance while coordinating with on-site teams and stakeholders to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FM, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years in facilities management with 3+ years in supervisory role.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems.
• Working knowledge of BAS and CMMS.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage remote teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations for Largo, FL and Cleveland, TN facilities.
• Lead and mentor Facilities staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage preventive/corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Source and oversee vendors, ensure contract compliance.
• Develop/monitor budgets and report financial results.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety audits across locations.
• Maintain stakeholder relations and review performance metrics.
