CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services and facilities management, seeks a Facilities Manager - Level 4 to join the onsite facilities operations team in Greensboro, NC. You will lead a five-person team, coordinate maintenance, and manage client relationships.

The role requires 8–10 years in facilities or building operations, strong communication and leadership, and experience with vendors, budgets, and CMMS.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Facilities Management, Building Operations, or Property Operations experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, budgets, compliance programs, and facility maintenance activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint) and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations and maintenance for a multi-use office and laboratory facility.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of five direct reports, including scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Coordinate facility repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and vendor/contractor services.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings regarding facility operations, unresolved issues, and performance expectations.
• Monitor compliance, conduct site inspections, audit KPIs and SLAs, and support budget and capital project management.
