Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and optimize the facilities team at a multi-building campus in Alpharetta, GA. You will manage day-to-day operations, vendor contracts, and budgeting to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant building services aligned with client goals.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of high-rise or campus property management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in facility systems, safety, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field.
• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus or portfolio management experience.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and property operations.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other training helpful.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong financial management capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations: custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, maintenance.
• Manage contracts; ensure pricing and invoices align with contracts.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
• Respond to tenant requests; ensure timely, mutual problem resolution.
• Maintain and prepare site docs and reports (budgets, POs, logs, manuals).
• Lead budget prep, forecasts, and capital plan development.
• Hire, train, and motivate facility staff; conduct performance reviews.
