Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager - Relocation to lead the facilities organization across a multi-building campus, ensuring maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction in alignment with client goals.

The role involves budget management, contract supervision, vendor coordination, and capital planning, with relocation to Cart ersville, GA supported. A Bachelor’s in FM and 5–7 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise or campus property management experience preferred.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other relevant training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services and general maintenance.
• Manage contracts, review invoices, and ensure pricing aligns with contracts.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and capital planning processes.
• Coordinate vendor management and maintain strong tenant relations.
• Ensure site documentation and reports are accurate and up to date.
