The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Blacksburg, SC property to ensure safety and reliability of buildings and equipment. You will lead the onsite Facilities team, manage preventative maintenance, and coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver top-tier service.

This role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.
• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all building services and preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise Facilities Technicians and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage facilities budgets and record-keeping.
• Ensure life safety systems are properly maintained and tested.
• Inspect properties and prepare written reports on deficiencies.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and on-call maintenance.
