Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Parker Lord facility in Saegertown, PA, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the site’s maintenance and engineering activities. You will ensure safe, 24/7 operation of plant equipment, drive capital projects, and manage a team of engineers, technicians and maintenance staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, experience with maintenance management, and a track record of improving safety, reliability, and process efficiency

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and Mechanical Integrity.
• Experience with project/capital project management.
• BS in Engineering or related technical discipline and 8+ years experience and 6+ years leadership; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility equipment, systems, processes, and infrastructure are in safe working order.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and schedule completion.
• Oversee spare parts procurement and stocking strategy including critical parts.
• Develop and execute facility repair, maintenance and capital budget plans.
• Supervise Engineers, Technicians and Maintenance staff; lead staffing strategy.
• Drive site process control systems strategy to improve safety, product quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with 3rd party contractors supporting plant operations.
