Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation, Parflex Division, Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, supervise contractors, and optimize facility planning, design, and upkeep. This role focuses on safety, efficiency, and cost objectives, with collaboration across departments and external partners.

The ideal candidate will oversee electrical and facility systems, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring staff and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years related experience including building and data center electrical work.
• Journeyman or certified in one or more relevant maintenance disciplines (Electrical, HVAC).
• Knowledge of facility engineering principles, regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, assigns and supervises work of the maintenance department.
• Maintains facility equipment and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintains inventories and supplies for efficient operation of the Corporate Headquarters.
• Oversees planning, design, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment and buildings.
• Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms for design criteria and schedules.
• Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to drawings and schedules.
• Represents company on projects and mentors new employees.
