Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years in industrial maintenance/facilities management.
• Experience leading multi-site maintenance teams and managing budgets.
• US citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance for multiple facilities including utilities, production equipment, and safety compliance.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and vendor relations, driving uptime and reliability.
• Plan shutdowns, capital projects, and major installations with operations and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, PSM, and other regulatory standards.
